Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at UnivPack.com. Our priority is your satisfaction. If our product fails because of a manufacturing defect contact us within 30 days of receipt. We’ll ship you a replacement of the exact item once we receive your returned item at our office.You must get an authorization for return of a defective product from our Packaging Specialists before you return your purchase.
What can I return?
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. A refund will be arranged, including shipping charges, upon inspection of your return.
When will I get my refund?
Usually in about 2 weeks after we receive and process your return.
Does IncrediSeal offer replacements and exchanges?
Yes, we can create replacement and exchange orders. Please contact a Packaging Specialist at 410-825-8300 to begin the return process. Have your complete original order information ready when you call.
Returned merchandise must be shipped in original packaging, freight prepaid, unused, and in resalable condition. Universal Packaging inspects all returns and reserves the right to refuse credits on damaged, misused or non-resalable items.
The customer must do the following to request authorization for return of a defective product:
1) Contact the Packaging Specialist within the refund period.
2) Provide the Specialist with a picture of the product and the part number for the product.
3) The Specialist will provide the customer with instructions on how to ship the product to IncrediSeal.
Prepare and ship your return
Pack your item securely, include a copy of your return authorization with your return. If you don't have the original product packaging, use a sturdy box and include padding such as bubble wrap or newspaper. Your Packaging Specialist will provide a return shipping address and preferred shipping method. Keep copies of all your paperwork for your records.
